The food was better than the experience. It's like what would happen if an Applebee's in Jersey suddenly became VERY crowded. Staff didn't seem happy, one waitress kept banging into my chair every time she passed by, which was a lot. Their ladies room only has 3 stalls- and the employees use it too. For a space this massive this is absolutely ridiculous.
But what's really gross is the faucets don't work. I used the restroom twice and every woman was complaining and trying to get the stupid automatic things to work, backing up an already crowded space. No matter how you seemed to hold your hands out, the water would not turn on. When it finally did, it sprayed all over your body and the surrounding vanity, for 5 seconds, then turned off. So you can't lather the soap, and you can't rinse it off. Are you kidding me?! And your employees are using this, which means they're not washing their hands effectively. That's disgusting.
The soft pretzels with beer cheese and the perogies were great (though the perogies did fall apart, the tasted good). My burger with pepperjack, guacamole, and fried jalapenos was very good, though the meat itself was just average. It would have been a fine meal but the chaotic ambiance, inability for staff to clean their hands after using the bathroom, and weird staff makes me want to avoid coming back. -

Visited 3 times. 2 out of 3 a disaster. One time was great.
Only unsatisfied because food served room temperature twice, medium rare burger was well done, fries not remotely warm.
They did take the burger off the bill I must say.
The beer was micro brewed and delicious! Go during happy hour or pay thru the nose for beer!
Food quality good. Place was not crowded when food was screwed up. No reason for chef to mess up. Staff friendly! -

Four of us met at Brew Works before the LV Phantoms hockey game. Although the service was great, the food was only okay at best. Everyone raved about the wings - hot & honey and very crispy. French fries were very good - fresh cut band plentiful.
But everyone's sandwich left much to be desired. My grilled chicken was very dry and the bun partially burnt. Two people got French dips, and said they were just bland. Our 4th person ordered a smoky bbq wrap and said it was just okay. Even the mac and cheese she was so excited for was just okay. A margarita ordered even needed to be sent back. If we had time, I probably would have sent my sandwich back, and I never do that. But we needed to get to the hockey game. So glad they had some thing there to eat -

Visited on a Saturday night with 10 people with a reservation. They decided to place us upstairs by ourselves where there's no bar or service of any kind. Place was fairly empty and half of our guests were locals. Service was infrequent and the server was never trained to ask the entire table before running back downstairs with one person's order. Awful. Both burgers were cooked wrong: one was medium and the other well done but were both ordered as medium rare. The little indicators from the kitchen said rare (in the medium) and medium (in the well done). Pathetic. Everyone felt their dishes and beers were average. And we got hit with a panhandler outside on way home. Nice! How is this place still open?
